The company’s commitment to quality and to continual improvement in performance begins at Senior Management level and is communicated to and endorsed by all members of the project team.

The Project Managers of MAC assume authority and responsibility for compliance with the company’s commitment to Quality.

The goal set by MAC for the satisfactory implementation of projects is to achieve first time conformance with defined requirements.

The suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System for the attainment of quality objectives is monitored throughout the projects through the measures described in Quality Management Procedures/Manual/Quality Plans that include regular review of the system by Management.
