Scope
The work included:
Main building with an air-conditioned maintenance shop and body shop with self-contained spray booths, as well as the main offices for the facility and showroom.
Automatic car wash with its own water recycling system and reverse osmosis equipment, both fed from a brackish water well on site.
Free-standing gas station comprising 16 gas-dispensing pumps from 2 large underground storage tanks.
Two-storey dormitory building to house all employees of the facility.
