Scope
The turnkey construction of the center included:
Basic Sciences Building : a large eight-storey building with classrooms, offices and some 130 laboratories for teaching and research in medical science.
Medical Library Building : one of the largest in the Middle East, featuring a unique, automated and mechanized system for storage and retrieval.
Four-storey underground car park excavated in solid rock and capable of accommodating 460 cars.
Conference Building: featuring a 900-seat lecture hall with a parabolic roof, advanced acoustics, motorized screens and full ancillary equipment.
Refurbishment of Nurses Residence Building: 160 rooms and full modern facilities throughout.
