The civil works included:

• An administrative building with a total area of 4,000 square metres.

• A social building.

• A 5,000 square metres workshop and stores building for housing sophisticated machinery and maintenance equipment for a large power plant.

• A training simulator building housing a sophisticated plant control simulator.

• A restaurant and canteen building covering an area of 3,000 square metres.

• A large mosque with a marble façade, stained and leaded glass windows, parking garages, parking canopies and guardhouse

• Landscaping an area of approximately 250,000 square metres including the building of all roads, road drainage systems and kerbs, in addition to sidewalks, area lighting and fencing.
