MAC has currently a total manpower of over 1500 men consisting of supervisory and skilled craftsmen of different nationalities.

MAC's policy is to recruit only highly skilled manpower to cater for project requirements, and endeavors to provide regular training to the craftsmen as and when required.
Among its craftsmen, MAC maintains an elite workforce of certified and licenced personnel such as welders, riggers, crane operators and heavy equipment operators.

MAC also endeavours to maintain permanently, in its posession a valid block visa for 500 men which is usually under process with the Governmental authorities at early stages of new contracts awards so that it becomes relatively simple for MAC to build-up its labor force beyond its current manpower level.
